·         Count your calories. Know what you eat. See Apps “My fitness Pal “ or “Tap and Track”

·         Brisk exercise (brisk means being slightly breathless or perspiring) 60 minutes five times a week.

·         Weight yourself once a month. Count the calories not the pounds.
